Making withdrawals from your YouWealth account in the BNZ app

You can make a withdrawal at any time by:

• using Internet Banking
• using the BNZ app^
• calling us on 0800 275 269
• visiting us in branch.

Setting up a one-off withdrawal

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Tap on your YouWealth account.
3. Tap on the three dots at the top right of the page.
4. Select Withdraw.
5. Select Make a new withdrawal.
6. Under Type of withdrawal, select One-off withdrawal.
7. Enter amount.
8. Enter the payee account number, name, and reference text of the account you want this money to be paid into.
9. Choose the best way for us to contact you.
10. Tap on Submit.

Setting up a regular withdrawal

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Tap on your YouWealth account.
3. Tap on the three dots at the top right of the page.
4. Select Withdraw.
5. Select Make a new withdrawal.
6. Under Type of withdrawal, select Regular withdrawal.
7. Enter amount.
8. Select your withdrawal frequency.
9. Enter the withdrawal start date.
10. Enter the payee account number, name and reference text of the account you want this money to be paid into.
11. Choose the best way for us to contact you.
12. Tap on Submit.
