Sending secure messages in Internet Banking

You can communicate with us by sending and receiving secure messages in Internet Banking. Or find out how to send messages in the BNZ app.

Note: This feature is not available for business customers using Internet Banking for Business.

To send a secure message:

1. Click Menu in the top left corner of the main page.
2. Select the Contact icon from the bottom left of the menu.
