Sending messages in Internet Banking
You can get answers to many of your banking questions from Āwhina, our virtual assistant. If needed, Āwhina can refer you to a specialist banker and provide an estimated timeframe for their reply.
Note: This feature is not available for business customers using Internet Banking for Business.
- Log in to Internet Banking.
- Click on Menu in the top left corner of the main page.
- Select the Contact icon from the bottom left of the menu.
- Select New or Start new message. When prompted, enter your message.
