Finding your access number

Your access number is a unique 9-digit number that has been assigned to you by BNZ. You’ll need your access number to log in to Internet Banking. You can also use your access number to do phone banking or to identify yourself when you call BNZ for faster service.

Where to find your 9-digit access number

  • On the back of your Eftpos, Flexi Debit Visa or credit card. This is also the side where your signature is.
  • In the ‘Welcome’ email that was sent to you when you first joined BNZ.
  • On the BNZ mobile app. If you’ve registered for mobile banking, you’ll find the 9-digit access number by tapping Settings, then Your details.
