Viewing your YouWealth transactions in Internet Banking or the BNZ app

You can access your YouWealth transactions via Internet Banking or the BNZ app

If you’re a joint account holder, you’ll need to get your YouWealth account added to your Internet Banking. To set this up, call 0800 275 269.

Viewing your transactions in Internet Banking

  1. Log in to Internet Banking using your access number (the nine digits on the back of your Eftpos, debit, or credit card) and password. 
  2. Click on your YouWealth account.
  3. You’ll be able to:
    • see your most recent transactions
    • search for your transactions back to the opening date of your account
    • enter a date range to show transactions made during this time period.

Viewing your transactions in the BNZ app

  1. Log in to the BNZ app using your access number (the nine digits on the back of your Eftpos, debit, or credit card) and password. You can also use your 5-digit PIN.
  2. Tap on your YouWealth account.
  3. Tap on the Transactions tab.
  4. You’ll be able to see your transaction history for the past year, up to a maximum of 1000 transactions.

To view transactions older than one year, log in to Internet Banking and select the relevant date range.
