Notifying us of your current prescribed investor rate (PIR)

You can notify us of your current prescribed investor rate (PIR) in Internet Banking, by calling us on 0800 275 269, or visiting a BNZ branch.

Updating your PIR in Internet Banking 

Log in to Internet Banking, then on the main screen:

  • click on ‘Menu’ and go to ‘Settings’
  • in ‘Your Details’, select ‘Edit’
  • select your PIR from the drop down menu and press ‘Save’.
