Viewing, saving or printing tax certificates

  1. Log in to Internet Banking.
  2. Click Menu and select Documents.
  3. Click on Tax certificates.
  4. Select the tax certificate you want to view. Depending on your settings, you may be prompted to authenticate with the BNZ app or your NetGuard card.
  5. To save the certificate, click on Download.The statement will automatically save to your downloads folder. A tick icon and Done will show next to the tax certificate to confirm it has been saved. If you see a blank screen, check that you are using the latest browser version.
  6. Click on the tax certificate in your downloads folder to view it. Use the print function in your browser to print it.

Note: Tax certificates are only available for individual and joint account holders in Internet Banking. Tax certificates are added as soon as they become available. Tax certificates for the year ended 31 March will be available to view by the end of April.
