Stopping paper statements

You can change whether you receive paper statements or not from within Internet Banking or through the BNZ app.

By turning paper off you’ll no longer receive account statements, tax certificates, KiwiSaver annual statements, annual loan summaries and term deposit certificates in the mail. These documents will still be available online.

How to turn paper statements off

  1. Log in to Internet Banking and click Menu at the top-left of the page.
  2. Select Documents and scroll down to Settings.
  3. Select Manage paper documents.
  4. Select Paper documents on for the account you want to change.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Review the summary and select Turn paper off to continue.

You can choose to get email notifications when new statements are available or a payment is due.
