Using Smart ATMs

Our Smart ATMs provide a range of services to help save you time in branch, as well as providing you with 24/7 access to do your banking when using a Smart ATM outside branches. 

Changes to deposits

We’re upgrading our Smart ATMs and will no longer be accepting cardless deposits. If you’re making a cash or coin deposit, you’ll need to use a card linked to the account the money is being deposited into.

You can continue to make cardless deposits to Kāinga Ora Homes and Communities.

Need help?

  • If you own the account you’re depositing into, or are an employee of the owner, contact your banker for support.
  • If you don’t own the account, contact the business you’re paying or your bank for alternative payment options.
