Blocking your card at ATMs

If you’d prefer not to use your card at ATMs, you can turn that function off in the BNZ app. Then if you want to start using it at ATMs again, it’s easy to turn back on.

To block your card at ATMs:

1. Log in to the BNZ app, tap on Menu and select Cards.
2. Tap on the card you want to change.
3. Under Card Security, you’ll see ATMs.
4. To block your card at ATMs, just tap the button.
5. To unblock it, tap the button again.
