To cancel your PayClip facility, call us on 0800 729 254. 

Your terminal(s) will be deactivated within 24 hours, and we’ll send you a prepaid return courier pack, for you to return your terminal(s).

Your monthly fixed fees will stop from the date your terminal(s) are deactivated. Any part-monthly fees incurred up to the date of termination, will be charged in the following month.

Additional one-off fees may apply if the terminal(s) are returned damaged or within 3 months of cancellation.
