View your BNZ Points balance, recent transactions, and redeem your BNZ Points for rewards by logging in to Internet Banking or the BNZ app.

Log in to Internet Banking

View your BNZ Points balance and transactions

  1. Log in to Internet Banking or the BNZ app using your secure login details.

  2. Select your BNZ Advantage Visa credit card account.

  3. Select BNZ Rewards to view your BNZ Points balance and recent transactions including points you’ve earned and redeemed.

Redeem your BNZ Points for rewards

  1. Log in to Internet Banking or the BNZ app using your secure login details.

  2. Select your BNZ Advantage Visa credit card account.

  3. Select BNZ Rewards to go to your rewards account.

  4. Select Redeem rewards to access the BNZ Rewards portal.

  5. Select the reward you want to spend your BNZ Points on.
    • Book travel
    • Get eGift cards
    • Get cash back (to your credit card account)
    • Transfer to partners

Get cash back to a BNZ account

  1. Log in to Internet Banking or the BNZ app and select your BNZ Advantage credit card account

  2. Select BNZ Rewards

  3. Select Cash back

  4. Choose the account to redeem cash back to

Choose your travel rewards

  • Use BNZ Points or a combination of points and cash, to book flights, hotels and resorts, and car rentals worldwide.

  • Redeem BNZ Points for travel eGift cards.

  • Transfer your BNZ Points to participating airline and hotel loyalty programmes such as Qantas and Accor Hotels.

  1. You’ll need the latest version of the BNZ app. If you can’t access BNZ Rewards, check to see if you have a compatible Apple or Android device. Internet access is required. BNZ Internet Banking terms and conditions apply. Maintenance is sometimes required.

  2. BNZ Points can be redeemed for cash back to any BNZ account that you can transfer funds to directly through Internet Banking or the BNZ app. If you’re making a cash back redemption to a credit card account, the cash back will not contribute to the minimum payment due, or the total minimum payment due on the credit card. A minimum of 200 BNZ Points (and multiples of 100 BNZ Points) must be redeemed. Any leftover BNZ Points stay in your account.
