Internet Banking and product terms and conditions apply.

(a) The BNZ Internet Banking survey prize draw occurs monthly. There are two prizes to be won each month (“Prizes”). The Prizes each month will be specified on the survey invite (as determined by BNZ).

(b) Entries are restricted to one per person per prize draw, and that person must be a resident of New Zealand, and submit a response to the BNZ Internet Banking survey (“Eligible Entrants”).

(c) Each month, two winners will be drawn at random from all Eligible Entrants who completed the survey in the previous calendar month. 

(d) If the prize is a Prezzy gift card, it is subject to the gift card terms and conditions, including expiry rules. More information about Prezzy Card’s terms and conditions can be found at www.prezzycard.co.nz. 

(e) The Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

(f) The prize draw supervisor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

(g) The winners will be notified using the email address held by BNZ (unless BNZ does not hold these details). Prizes will only be delivered to a physical New Zealand address. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by BNZ to arrange delivery, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.

(h) Neither BNZ employees (as well as their immediate families living at the same address) nor associated agencies of BNZ are eligible to enter into the prize draw.

(i) BNZ reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time including, but not limited to, replacing a prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

(j) BNZ reserves the right not to award a prize to a prize winner whose account(s) is/are in default or have been closed during or after the competition due to misconduct.
