We’re carrying out a software upgrade to our systems. This means that there’ll be a scheduled outage where some services will be unavailable.

- 1.30am-5.30am, Monday 20 January

- Internet Banking (Personal and Business)
- Mobile Banking (Personal and Business)
- ATMs
- Telephone Banking
- Google Pay™
- Apple Pay
- BNZ payWave (you will still be able to make payments by inserting or swiping your card)
Credit and debit card transactions will be available during the outage period.
