Repaying or redrawing accounts
You can repay your CARL loans in Internet Banking for Business, as well as redraw your variable (floating rate) loans^. Follow these steps or use the downloadable guide PDF 727KB.
Repaying a loan
- From the Account Summary screen, under the Loans heading, select an account^.
- From the left-hand menu, select Account Details.
- Click Select Account and choose a CARL account.
- Click Repay. A pop-up box will appear.
- Select the account you want to repay from.
- Enter the amount you want to repay.
- Enter a date for the repayment.
- Click Send Request (once sent, this cannot be changed).
- A confirmation message will be displayed. To print or save the details as a PDF, click Print request details.
Redrawing a loan
- From the Account Summary screen, under the Loans heading, select an account^.
- From the left-hand menu, select Account Details.
- Click Select Account and choose a CARL account.
- Click Redraw. A pop-up box will appear.
- Select the account you want to redraw to.
- Enter the amount you want to redraw.
- Enter a date for the redraw.
- Click Send Request (once sent, this cannot be changed).
- A confirmation message will be displayed. To print or save the details as a PDF, click Print request details.
To reduce a loan limit, contact your BNZ Relationship Manager^.
